thanks for catching that – I will clarify – it needs 2 pans if you’re melting on the stove top (or 2 bowls if using the microwave). Just one pan for finishing it! I usually slice in 6 rows by 4 rows for 24 pieces.

Then how do you cut 24 squares?

Made this for a school bake sale, and it was a hit! I didn’t see the Halloween morsels, so I just used white and semisweet chips–I had some food color gel, and while you advised against it, it worked great. My edges were a little rough, but I’ll get the hang of it. They disappeared quick, and I had people asking for the recipe, so I sent them this link!
