I haven’t but that will work, I’ve made other similar recipes in muffin cups. Let me know how it goes and what the baking time ends up being.

I am going to a cookie exchange/treat exchange and was trying to make divvying them up less messy.

Would I just double the recipe to make these in a 9×13 pan? How much longer would I bake them for?

They’ll last about 4-5 days in an airtight container or you can freeze them.

I originally saved this recipe for my son in law who loves anything funfetti. Looking at the photo I thought the white chunks were marshmallow and not white chocolate chips. At first I was disappointed but then I thought, why not go ahead and make it anyway and substitute the marshmallows for the chips. Omg! This turned out delicious. I made them for my son in laws birthday but my husband and I had a good part of them before giving him the rest . Delicious and now this recipe is in my file to make again and again. Very easy to make. Thank you!

So it’s my big pet peeve when someone says they tried the recipe and liked it, but they changed 10 ingredients when they made it. When I first pinned this for my son in law (who is a lover of all things funfetti and marshmallow) I thought that the white Middle were mini marshmallows and not white chocolate. I decided to go ahead and make it and substitute the white chocolate for marshmallows, and oh my goodness, they are absolutely wonderful ! Thank you for another great recipe to add to my files. Try it!

Just made 2 pans of these for a picnic tomorrow. The first pan I followed the recipe. The second pan I changed up a bit with chocolate cake mix (skipped the sprinkles), peanut butter chips, and about a tablespoon of peanut butter stirred into the condensed milk. Both versions came out perfectly.
