I made the gluten free version, and although I used a high quality gf flour, I am disappointed with the texture.

Did you use a 9×13-inch pan? Can you let me know if it’s glass or metal? I always used to bake in glass (all these recipes were made in glass) but as time has gone one more and more people have had issues not using metal with many recipes, I’m wondering if it’s an oven thing or ingredient thing. Also, they’re supposed to be gooey, so if you want a fully solid through bar, these are not it.
