This really depends on the recipe – you’d need to double the filling I expect. As for baking time, as long as the thickness of the pie is the same as a regular pie it shouldn’t be too different.

Or even triple it? How much can I expect bake time to increase?

Thank you!

It will probably be about 5-10 minutes longer bake time

It will depend on the recipe – not all are as easy as doing math.

How can that recipe be adapted for a nine inch pie plate?

I would use 2 8-inch rounds

The recipe call for three six inch rounds baking pans. What can I use instead? Thx

You can use a round cake pan for that many too – or just space them more in a 9×13. Or sometimes I’ll cut them into 12 instead of 9 to fit the 9×13 better.

I am in the first proving stage of cinnamon rolls and I don’t want to waste this beautiful dough. I just discovered after tearing my kitchen apart my 9×9 required pan is missing – probably borrowed. This recipe makes 9 cinnamon rolls. I could only find an 8×8 pan but it looks small for 9 cinnamon rolls, but I have 9×13 and a 9” round Springform pan (3” deep). Any suggestions would be helpful. I did not see cinnamon rolls among your substitutes listed. Thanks so much.
