I know there is something called sun butter that is very much like peanut butter. Try to use something that’s not too oily – any spread should work as long as it’s not too sweet (not too much added sugar, or the balls will be too sweet).

I really do think we were separated at birth. You hit all my favorites and every one is better than the last. (You had me at PB on this, it is my favorite flavor) Thank you for all your hard work. I especially love your small batch recipes as my husband is diabetic, so I alter them for his needs and go full on for my serving!
