Yes you can. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will gel; heat to thin and add additional stock or water if you want it thinner.

Recipe looks good, am going to try it today to make gravy for the rabbit I am baking for Easter dinner. Just one point: the flour and butter make a roux, not a rue (which means to bitterly regret.)

I loved this gravy so much. It’s my first time ever making a gravy. I made chicken gravy. It was smooth, creamy and so easy.
